OWNER REVIEW NOTE: this policy describes only what the website actually does today (form submissions by email, Stripe payment links, no advertising trackers). Who we are

Authority Builders NC ("we", "us") provides real estate video marketing services in North Carolina's Triad region. Contact: derrisg.nc@authoritybuildersnc.com.

What we collect

When you submit the booking form or the Beta application on this site, we collect the information you type in: your name, brokerage, email address, phone number, Instagram handle (optional), filming location or service area, package selection, scheduling preferences, and any notes you add. The submission also records the page it was sent from and, if present, standard campaign parameters (such as utm_source) so we know how you found us.

How it's used

Form submissions are emailed to derrisg.nc@authoritybuildersnc.com and a backup copy is stored securely on our web server so no request is lost.
We use your details only to respond to your request, schedule your shoot, and manage our client relationship (including our internal CRM records).
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers below.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe through secure Stripe checkout links. We never see or store your card details; Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the checkout process.

Cookies & analytics

This site does not set advertising cookies. Your browser's session storage may briefly hold campaign parameters (like utm_source) so they can accompany your form submission; this data stays in your browser and expires when the tab closes. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated first.

Third-party services this site relies on

Hostinger — website hosting and form email delivery.
Stripe — payment processing via checkout links.
Google Fonts — typeface delivery (your browser requests the font files from Google).
Google Calendar — optional call scheduling from our contact page.
Instagram / Facebook / YouTube — if you contact us there, those platforms' policies apply.

Retention & your choices

We keep lead and client records for as long as we have a business relationship or a reasonable prospect of one. Email derrisg.nc@authoritybuildersnc.com at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will honor the request unless a legal or accounting obligation requires otherwise.

Changes

If our practices change (for example, adding analytics), we will update this page and adjust the "prepared" date above.
