1. Who these terms cover
These terms apply to visitors of authoritybuildersnc.com and clients who book services from Authority Builders NC ("we", "us"). Submitting a booking request or Beta application does not create a binding engagement by itself — an engagement begins when we confirm your booking and payment is completed.
2. Services & current pricing
- Authority Audit — $99: recorded video audit of your last 3 listing posts, 3 ranked fixes, and a rewritten caption and hook, delivered within 48 hours of purchase. The $99 credits toward a Content Day when you book one.
- Content Day — $1,500: a 4-hour on-site shoot producing 10 finished vertical reels, 20 edited photos, 10 thumbnails, and a raw b-roll library, delivered within 5 business days of the shoot.
- Authority System — $2,500: everything in a Content Day plus a custom landing page, intake form, DM keyword flow, lead-capture automation, and 30 days of support, built over approximately three weeks.
- Beta Content Day — $750: the full Content Day at a one-time beta rate for accepted Beta applicants. Applying is free; payment is requested only after acceptance.
- Ongoing support — from $1,195/month: continued content production and automation upkeep, scoped individually after a System launch.
Prices may change; the price shown on this website (or in your Stripe checkout link) at the time you pay is the one that applies to you.
3. Payment
Payments are made through secure Stripe checkout links. A Content Day date is reserved once payment is completed. [Confirm: whether partial deposits are offered.]
4. Scheduling, weather & rescheduling
Shoots are scheduled for a confirmed four-hour window at your listing or office within our Triad service area. If weather or property access makes the shoot impossible, we will reschedule at no charge to the earliest mutually available date. [Confirm: notice period you require for client-initiated rescheduling, e.g. 48 hours.]
5. Deliverables & usage rights
Deliverables are provided digitally within the stated delivery window. Upon full payment, you receive full commercial usage rights to the finished deliverables and raw b-roll for your real estate marketing. We may request permission to feature completed work in our own portfolio; you may decline.
6. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for having the right to film at the property (e.g., the listing agreement or owner permission), for showing up during the scheduled window, and for the accuracy of any property claims made in scripted content. Compliance with your brokerage's and MLS's advertising rules remains your responsibility; we build content to support, not replace, that compliance.
7. Beta program
Beta applications are free and reviewed within 24–48 hours. Acceptance is at our discretion (five spots). Accepted applicants pay the one-time $750 beta rate before the shoot is scheduled and agree to provide honest feedback and a short testimonial after delivery.
8. Refunds & revisions
[Confirm with owner before publishing externally: current practice — e.g., one round of revision requests on finished reels within X days of delivery; refunds handled case-by-case before a shoot occurs, no refunds after deliverables are provided.]
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes such as specific lead counts, listing outcomes, or revenue — marketing results depend on many factors outside our control and no results are guaranteed.
